Where do you ship from?
Randomshoppe is an online store based in Perth, Western Australia. We do not hold inventory in Australia. Your order is shipped directly to you by one of our overseas suppliers, most in China and some in the United States. See our Shipping Policy.

Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and New Zealand.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders generally take up to 5 business days to process before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 7–15 business days. As a general guide, orders may take approximately 7–20 business days from ordering, depending on the product, supplier and destination. Some orders may arrive sooner or take longer. These timeframes are provisional estimates, not guarantees.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Tax collected by us is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and border fees are set by your country and are not included in our prices unless checkout shows them. They may be charged by customs or the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the supplier has not dispatched your order we will try to cancel or change it, but we cannot guarantee it. If your order is cancelled you get a full refund with no fee.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. This does not limit your legal rights, including any claim after 30 days. Customers in the UK, Germany and the EU also have a 14-day right to cancel. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my order is late?
Allow the estimated delivery time, then email us with your order number and we will investigate with the supplier and carrier.
