Return & Exchange Conditions
We accept return/refund requests only within 30 days from the date you receive your item (based on the delivery date shown in the tracking system).
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please notify us promptly and ensure:

The item was purchased directly from https://www.randomshoppe.com.

The shipping label on the package is readable.

The item is unworn (other than trial), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
⚠️ Items returned without their original packaging, or items damaged due to misuse, will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Refusal
We cannot accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances:

The correct item, size, and variant were delivered.

You fail to follow our return instructions or provide the required information.

The item was a free gift or promotional product.

Refund Method

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% fee of the cancelled item(s) value (to cover restocking, processing, and management costs).

After 6 hours, your order will be archived and sent to the warehouse for processing. Once this stage begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Order Revisions (Address, Size, or Variant Changes)
If you need to update your shipping address or change the item’s size, color, or variant, please email us at info@randomshoppe.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
If you placed the wrong order and want to revise it:

Same price: We will update your order in our system.

Lower price: We will adjust your order and refund the difference within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

Higher price: We will send you an invoice via email for the additional payment.
