Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Random Shoppe (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website or mobile website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Product Origins

Random Shoppe is a global company that works with trusted merchants worldwide to bring you unique products at the best prices. We collaborate with reliable carriers across Europe, Asia, and North America, including USPS, Canada Post, and other international partners.

Ordering & Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed directly via our website.

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and details.

  • After your order is processed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (before shipment).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (after processing)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to product customization, holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, or delivery to remote areas.

Undeliverable Orders

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

  • Delivery failed after multiple attempts by the carrier

  • Parcels were lost due to mail forwarding services

  • Customers refused or declined delivery for any reason

If we agree to replace a lost or missing package, we will provide the carrier’s details and tracking number so you can monitor delivery directly.

Changing Your Shipping Address

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at info@randomshoppe.com.

  • Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once processing has begun or your order has shipped, we cannot change the address. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer.
