Where do you ship from?
We ship from our global network of warehouses. Orders are delivered worldwide through trusted partners such as USPS, FedEx, YunExpress, and Epacket.
Order & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your Order # and details.
You can request changes to your order or shipping information within 6 hours of purchase. After that, it is processed and cannot be modified.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Update Email with a tracking number. Tracking may take a couple of days to show updates, but this will not affect your estimated delivery time.

Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return/refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

A 10% processing & transaction fee will apply.
