Where do you ship from?
Randomshoppe is based in Perth, Western Australia. We do not hold inventory in Australia. Your order is shipped directly to you by one of our overseas suppliers, most in China and some in the United States.
Order & Tracking
After you order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number and details.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Update Email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.
How long will delivery take?
Orders generally take up to 5 business days to process before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 7–15 business days. As a general guide, orders may take approximately 7–20 business days from ordering, depending on the product, supplier and destination. Some orders may arrive sooner or take longer. Can I change my order?
Email info@randomshoppe.com as soon as possible. If the supplier has not dispatched your order we will try to change your address, size, colour or variant, but we cannot guarantee it.

Email us as soon as possible. We aim to cancel orders requested within 6 hours of ordering, if the supplier has not yet dispatched them, but we cannot guarantee it. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund with no fee.
